Iowa Community Colleges in partnership with the United Notary Association are the sole providers of Iowa Notary Public classes to Iowa Notaries Public and have done so for the past four years. Iowa Notarial Law 9E does not require a class be taken prior to obtaining an Iowa Notary Public commission, however, it is the wise thing to do.
